Player Eligibility

Handicap Policy
- All U.S.G.A. handicaps will be honored, initially.
- Any previous handicap under any other handicapped tour will be honored initially.
- A player who betters his handicap by three strokes or more for two consecutive rounds will then have a handicap one stroke lower.
- A player who exceeds his handicap by six strokes or more for two consecutive rounds will then have a handicap one stroke higher, never to exceed 18.
- A player who fails to complete two consecutive rounds within 10 strokes of his posted handicap will then be subject to review and a qualifying round with the tour-director.
- A player who is over the age of 58 years, will be classified as a senior. His handicap will then be pro-rated to receive 2/3rds more of his U.S.G.A. handicap initially, never to exceed 18.
- The field will be pro-rated after round one.
- The top third will be reduced in handicap by one stroke for the final round only.
- The bottom third of the field will add one stroke for the final round only never to exceed 18.
- The motivator and incentive is to better one's handicap and not to compete with an inflated handicap.
- Any player competing in his first event posting a score of net-six under or better will have his handicap reduced by one-half prior to factoring the results of the day.
- Players finishing in the top-third of an event will be reduced in handicap by one stroke only for the first round of the next event participated.
- Players finishing in the bottom third of an event will gain one stroke only for the first round of the next event participated.
- In the event there is a tie of two or more players though 36 holes, then a sudden-death net medal playoff will begin immediately after play at the #1 handicap hole and from there into the club-house
until a champion has emerged.
- All rules apply to all players at all times without exception whatsoever.
